Job Overview Full-time Position:Monday- Friday:7:00am- 3:30pm $20-25 hourly Hourly rate based on experience.We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.This role involves milling of the hardwoods for cabinetry manufacturing.The Specialist will work closely with other team members to maintain an efficient workflow, utilize the plainer and molder to mill hardwoods, and contribute to the overall success of our operations. Responsibilities Operate a plainer and molder to mill hardwoods Conduct routine inspections of equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality and safety. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that may arise. Follow all company policies regarding quality control and safety procedures. Requirements Prior experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred. Experience in utilizing a plainer and molder or machine operating. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and moving materials as needed.
