Millwork Estimator

Responsibilities Review architectural drawings, specifications, and scope documents Prepare detailed and accurate millwork estimates and takeoffs Price materials and labor Value engineer projects when needed Meet bid deadlines and maintain organized records Requirements Proven experience as a millwork estimator (minimum 3-5 years preferred) Strong knowledge of custom and architectural millwork Ability to read shop drawings and architectural plans Proficiency with estimating software and Excel Strong attention to detail and time management skills What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Professional and collaborative work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,126.66 - $68,797.70 per year Work Location: In person
