Job DescriptionMine ClerkAmericas Gold & Silver Wallace, Idaho Full-time On-site Job Description Americas Gold & Silver is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mine Clerk to join our team at the Galena Complex in Wallace, Idaho.This position provides essential administrative and clerical support to underground and surface operations, ensuring accurate record keeping, data entry, and coordination across departments.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily mine operations through strong organizational skills and effective communication.Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to mine operations and supervisors.Accurately enter production, maintenance, and safety data into company systems.Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.Track employee time cards and assist with payroll documentation.Organize and maintain files, records, and compliance documentation.Assist with purchase requisitions, invoice processing, and materials tracking.Coordinate communication between operations, maintenance, and administrative departments.Support safety and training record keeping requirements.Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing reports as needed.Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.Qualifications and Experience Required:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or clerical experience preferred.Experience in mining, construction, or industrial environments is an asset.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.About Americas Gold & Silver Americas Gold and Silver Corporation operates the underground Galena Mine in the heart of beautiful North Idaho, an area renowned for its incredible outdoor recreational opportunities.Our small, dynamic team offers a unique chance to make a meaningful impact while working on diverse projects in a stunning location.Benefits and Incentives Competitive wages Comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid holidays and vacation 401(k) Short- and long-term bonus incentives Why Join Us?
