Mini Van Drivers Wanted - Local Routes + Weekly Pay

PLEASE READ FULL JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING Bleu Bay Courier LLC is actively hiring six (6) reliable Independent Contractor Delivery Drivers for medium parcel delivery routes throughout the Metro St. Louis area. If you own a mini van or a cargo van, are dependable, and can handle physically demanding routes, we want to hear from you. Position Details Schedule: Sunday – Tuesday ONLY Full delivery days required Daily driving may exceed 100–200+ miles depending on route volume Average 40– 80+ stops/packages per day Weekly pay Immediate start available after the completion of your onboarding documents Pay $120–$240+ per route/day (Based on volume which changes daily) Routes available for dependable drivers Requirements Mini Van REQUIRED, Cargo Vans are a plus and will have the opportunity to receive more packages (No rented Vans will be accepted) Must be available all 3 scheduled days each week Valid driver’s license Valid auto insurance Smartphone with reliable service Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Reliable vehicle in good working condition, 2012 or newer model Strong time management and communication skills Must work independently and complete routes without supervision PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a fleet or subcontractor opportunity. Applicants must personally own and operate their own van. No third-party driver companies or dispatch services. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently complete assigned delivery routes Load, scan, and deliver packages accurately Maintain communication with dispatch throughout the day Provide proof of delivery using smartphone apps Represent Bleu Bay Courier professionally with customers Important Expectations This position is physically demanding and may require long hours on the road. Drivers must be comfortable: Delivering 40+ packages daily Driving 80 –150+ miles per day Working independently for extended periods Covering all assigned deliveries before ending their route This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
