D&G is seeking a highly motivated and talented Mission Assurance (MA) Program Analyst to support USTRANSCOM’s Mission Assurance Program. The Mission Assurance Program Analyst serves as an integral member of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team within the Command's Mission Assurance (MA) Operations Branch. Operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment, this position directly supports MA operations and contributes to the ongoing protection and effectiveness of global USTRANSCOM missions. What You Will Do Participate and support in recurring and concurrent meetings, working groups, and operational forums supporting USTRANSCOM's MA missions and processes. Assist the MA OPR in developing draft instructions, policies, plans, point papers, briefs, and responses to taskers and Task Management Tool (TMT) actions. Conduct, document, and maintain mission decomposition activities to identify mission-essential functions, capabilities, dependencies, and task assets. Support planning and execution of MAAs, including DoD-, Service-, and Agency-led assessments such as JMAAs, DTRA assessments, and CBRN survivability evaluations. Support synchronization of MA requirements with Command-level planning efforts, including the Command Strategy, Global Campaign Plans (GCP), OPLANs, Sustainment plans, and infrastructure analyses. Establish communication channels and procedures for sharing MA information with DoD and non DoD agencies, including commercial and foreign transportation partners. What We Are Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Cyber, Risk Management, or related field Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience supporting MA processes to include mission decomposition, MA assessments, DCI identification and risk management mitigation Experience supporting Combatant Command (CCMD) operations DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI Core Competencies: Strategic thinking and ability to synchronize complex programs Strong communication and briefing skills Analytical skills for risk, mission decomposition, and operational assessment Relationship building across DoD, interagency, and commercial partners Ability to operate effectively under demanding, time sensitive conditions Eligibility Requirements Active DoD Secret clearance required Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI Restricted to U.S. persons as defined under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) Location On site at USTRANSCOM Occasional travel required Who We Are At D&G Solutions, people come first; our teammates, customers, and the communities we serve.
