A company is looking for a Residential Review Appraiser - CRETS. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough desk reviews of residential and non-complex commercial appraisals for compliance with guidelines Analyze and interpret appraisal results, ensuring they address various factors affecting property values Maintain consistency with appraisal standards and explain policies to internal and external stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5+ years as a licensed or trainee appraiser Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed Appraisal Certification, License, or Assistance License preferred Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
