With your commitment, marketing strategies are implemented and developed with the goal of sustainable rental of standalone rental units. As the first point of contact, you take care of rental applicants from initial contact to contract conclusion. You professionally coordinate the moves in and out of tenants. Your competencies: You are currently studying, preferably in the real estate sector, or have just completed your training in the real estate sector successfully. Your high customer and service orientation enable you to always maintain a courteous and composed demeanor, even in challenging situations. You are enthusiastic about areas such as digitalization, real estate industry, and sustainability. Very good German and good English language skills complete your profile.
