Job Description
Position Summary The Mitigation & Contents Coordinator serves as the main communicator from the Five Star Restoration team throughout the mitigation and contents processes.This role is vital in helping to ensure the efficient, smooth delivery of services by supporting two way communication and the flow of information with homeowners, property managers, vendors, subcontractors, insurance adjusters, tenants, referral partners, and team members.The one who fills this position will be charged with ensuring the successful delivery of the company's motto of Five Star Service Every Time. Responsibilities and Duties Leadership Initiatives:Helps communicate the expectation for delivery of the Five Star Service Every Time motto within the Mitigation & Contents team.Helps encourage healthy and regular communication among team members.Regularly evaluates oneself to ensure positive growth in all aspects of their role within the Five Star team.Supports in the review of current procedures and helps to develop and implement new policies and procedures as necessary.Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:Manage inbound call volume for mitigation department during regular business hours Support remote sales of new opportunities by providing customer education New customer and opportunity entry in job management platforms Ensure accurate, complete jobs records, documents, and current status' in job management platforms Sets daily schedules and routes in coordination with Sales & Lead Techs Communication with customers about scheduling and next steps Provide regular updates for all parties associated with projects Preparation and submission of initial inspection packets Submit environmental testing, abatement, storage container requests to partners Secures storage facility and van rentals for Contents Follows up with adjusters to collect coverage decisions Daily file review for accuracy and completion Regular vehicle inspections Review and approval of time sheets Department fleet maintenance scheduling and record keeping Scheduling and execution of safety meetings Scheduling of the on-call rotation Job Type:Full-time Pay:$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours:40 - 50 per week Benefits:401(k) 4% Match Cell phone reimbursement Dental insurance Employee assistance program Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Paid training Professional development assistance Safety equipment provided Vision insurance Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience:Restoration:1 year (Required) License/Certification:IICRC Certification (Preferred) Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
