Salary:$60k - 75k per year Reference:JOB-1132 Mitigation Estimator (In-Office) Location:Bryn Mawr, PA Compensation:$60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience) Schedule:Full-Time In-Office About the Role Our client is building a centralized estimating hub and is actively hiring an experienced Mitigation Estimator to support their growing operations.This is an in-office role based in Bryn Mawr, PA, with the first few weeks spent training at our Overbrook, PA location before transitioning to the new office.This position focuses strictly on mitigation estimating (not reconstruction) across water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast-moving, and highly proficient in Xactimate, with a strong understanding of carrier expectations and compliance requirements.Key Responsibilities Write and manage mitigation estimates for water, fire, mold, and biohazard losses Accurately scope losses using Xactimate and supporting documentation Ensure all files meet TPA and carrier compliance standards Review job documentation including photos, drying logs, and field notes Manage high-volume estimate flow across multiple locations Coordinate with operations and field teams to ensure estimate accuracy Maintain organized, audit-ready files for all projects Support consistency and quality across a centralized estimating function Qualifications 2years of mitigation estimating experience (restoration industry) Strong proficiency in Xactimate (required) Experience with water, fire, mold, and/or biohazard losses Familiarity with TPA programs and insurance carrier workflows Experience with platforms such as Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, Alacrity (preferred) Strong understanding of documentation standards and file compliance Ability to handle high-volume workload with speed and accuracy Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills What We're Looking For Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-output environment A candidate who understands the difference between writing estimates vs.managing files to completion Comfortable working in-office and collaborating with a growing team A professional who values accuracy, compliance, and consistency Why Join Us Be part of a growing platform building a centralized estimating operation Opportunity to help shape process, consistency, and scale Stable, in-office environment with clear expectations Competitive salary based on experience Location & Training Permanent Location:Bryn Mawr, PA (in-office).
