Mitigation Manager

Paramount Builders is hiring Water Mitigation Technicians to serve the state ofConnecticut.We are a growing restoration company looking for reliable, hard-workingtechs who take pride in their work.Pay:$22-$28/hr (based on experience and certifications) What You'll Do - Respond to water damage emergencies (residential and commercial)- Perform water extraction, demolition, and content manipulation- Set up and monitor drying equipment- Take moisture readings and document drying progress daily- Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, and project managers- Maintain a clean, organized job site What We're Looking For- 1years experience in water mitigation or restoration (preferred)- IICRC WRT certification (preferred -- will train the right candidate)- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Ability to lift 50lbs and work on your feet all day- Willingness to respond to after-hours emergency calls- Strong work ethic and attention to detail- Construction or demolition experience is a plus What We Offer- Competitive pay:$22-$28/hr based on experience- Paid IICRC training and certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT)- Consistent work year-round with a growing company- Opportunity for advancement to crew lead or project manager- Serving CT statewide Areas of Focus:Hartford, New Haven, Bridgeport, Stamford, Waterbury, and surrounding areas Job Type:Full-time Schedule:Monday-Friday on-call rotation Start:Immediately Pay:$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits:Cell phone reimbursement On-the-job training Paid training Safety equipment provided Work Location:In person.
