Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Mitigation Technician and become a vital part of restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages.In this energetic role, you will perform hands-on mitigation and restoration work, helping clients recover from unexpected disasters with professionalism and care.Your efforts will directly impact communities by returning homes and businesses to safe, healthy conditions quickly and efficiently.This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about making a tangible difference through skilled craftsmanship and teamwork.Responsibilities Perform water damage restoration tasks, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification using specialized equipment and techniques.Execute mold remediation procedures safely and effectively, including containment, removal, and sanitation of mold-affected surfaces.Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, cleaning, and construction activities necessary for property restoration.Perform carpet cleaning, surface cleaning, and detailed sanitation to ensure thorough restoration of the environment.Maintain detailed documentation of all mitigation activities, including work performed, materials used, and safety compliance records.Requirements Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred.Knowledge of mitigation techniques for water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement is a plus.Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various environments.Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks that may involve lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, or working in confined spaces.Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols and quality workmanship.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is often required for travel between job sites.Certification in restoration industry practices or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.Join us to be part of a dedicated team committed to restoring hope and safety for our clients!
