Your Role - What You Will Contribute Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more-while adhering to established protocols. Carefully evaluate lab results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure that lab instruments undergo necessary preventative maintenance and calibration. Participate in specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing when required. Document all lab procedures in detail, mentor new staff or students, and ensure adherence to lab quality standards. Maintain a pristine and safe work environment while following regulatory and accreditation standards. Education Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree coupled with ASCP/AMT certification preparation. Certifications ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is expected to be obtained within one year of employment.
