Job Summary Join our dynamic team at JD Car Detailing LLC as a mobile car detailer and bring your passion for vehicle cleanliness and customer service to the forefront! In this energetic role, you will travel to various locations across the DMV area (primarily Montgomery County and Prince George's County) to provide top-tier car detailing services directly at our customers’ homes or workplaces. Responsibilities Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to perform comprehensive vehicle detailing services, including full interior/exterior details, maintenance details, ceramic coatings, headlight restoration, and engine detailing. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about the services performed and addressing any questions or concerns professionally. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by thoroughly cleaning all vehicle surfaces, including paint, wheels, carpets, upholstery, windows, and engine bays. Operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment and safely and efficiently while adhering to company safety protocols. Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments promptly while ensuring quality results. Keep detailed records of work performed and report any vehicle issues/damages or customer feedback to supervisors. Experience Prior experience in car washing or detailing is desirable, but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; comfortable driving a company vehicle between locations. Ability to work independently or in a team environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Previous experience in driving or mobile service roles is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
