Mobile Clinic Maintenance Worker - Dowagiac/CassopolisAre you a reliable jack-of-all-trades who enjoys a mix of driving and hands-on maintenance? We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our 38' Mobile Medical Clinic and oversee general facilities upkeep.This is a part-time position.The hours are Monday through Thursday from 2p-6p and Friday, 8a-4:30p, 24 hours per week.What You'll Do:The Mobile Clinic:You'll be the primary caretaker of our 38' medical mobile unit.This includes post-trip inspections, refueling, fluid checks, generator monitoring, and waste/water management.You'll also coordinate and transport the vehicle for professional servicing.Safety & Security:Ensure the unit is cleaned, locked, and securely garaged every evening.Facility Maintenance:Keep our sites in top shape! You'll handle painting, minor plumbing/electrical repairs, bathroom fixes, and window washing.Groundskeeping:Maintain our curb appeal through mowing, trimming, and gardening.In the winter, you'll lead snow removal (plowing and salting) to keep our patients and staff safe.What You Need:Experience:Proven experience driving a 38' RV or similar large vehicle.Skills:A solid understanding of basic building maintenance and landscaping.License:A valid Driver's License and a willingness to obtain a Chauffeur's License.Requirements:High School Diploma/GED, proof of auto insurance, and ability to meet mobile clinic insurance standards.Why Join Us?
