Mobile Dog Groomer - Part Time.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Boujee Paw Paws is a fast-growing, premium mobile dog grooming service based in Asheville, NC.We're expanding our fleet with brand-new grooming vans and are looking to add a part-time professional groomer to our team.In this role, you'll bring high-quality grooming services directly to clients' homes using our fully equipped grooming van.The ideal candidate has a passion for animals, excellent grooming skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor that ensures pets and their owners feel comfortable and cared for.Responsibilities Travel to scheduled appointments in a company-provided mobile grooming unit.Perform grooming services including bathing, drying, brushing, trimming, clipping, nail care, ear cleaning, and breed-specific styling.Assess each dog's coat, skin, and overall health, reporting any concerns to the owner.Handle pets safely and compassionately, using techniques that minimize stress.Communicate professionally with clients, discussing grooming preferences and providing pet care recommendations.Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the grooming van and tools.Manage appointment schedules to ensure punctuality and efficient service.Uphold company standards for customer service and pet care.Qualifications At least 1 year of proven experience as a dog groomer, preferably with mobile grooming.Certification from a professional grooming school (preferred but not required).Strong knowledge of dog breeds, coat types, and grooming techniques.Ability to safely handle dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and health conditions.Excellent time management and communication skills.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Physical ability to handle dogs upwards of 100 lbs and stand for extended periods.What We Offer Competitive pay (commission-based, depending on experience).Tips from satisfied clients.Company-provided mobile grooming van, tools, and supplies.Why Work With Us?
