This is a full-time position offering competitive hourly pay, uncapped overtime, and a monthly repair commission plan that rewards productivity and quality workmanship. Responsibilities Responsibilities Perform mobile diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial fleet trucks and trailers Service trailer components including brakes, suspension, landing gear, air lines, electrical systems, and light body repair Diagnose and repair diesel engines, emissions systems, cooling systems, exhaust, DEF systems, and drivetrain components Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure DOT and safety compliance Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on-site Operate and maintain a fully equipped mobile service truck Accurately document services performed using mobile or written logs Maintain high standards of workmanship, efficiency, and safety Qualifications: Qualifications 4 or more years of diesel and or trailer repair experience; mobile repair experience preferred Strong knowledge of truck and trailer systems including brakes, suspension, lighting, air systems, and electrical Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs in the field Strong customer service skills and clear communication Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus Self-motivated and able to manage daily workload independently Benefits: Compensation and Benefits Pay: $28 to $37 per hour based on experience 5 percent monthly commission on total repairs completed No cap on overtime Monday through Friday schedule with consistent hours Fully outfitted mobile repair vehicle provided Medical, dental, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Career advancement opportunities and annual performance reviews Supportive, team focused culture If you are ready to take ownership of your work, increase your earning potential through commission and overtime, and be part of a growing fleet repair operation, we would like to connect with you.
