Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to various locations to collect blood samples and other specimens from patients. Your expertise in phlebotomy and patient care will ensure that our clients receive high-quality service in a comfortable environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong laboratory knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and blood sampling with precision and care, adhering to aseptic techniques Collect, label, and process specimens accurately for laboratory analysis Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout the specimen collection process Document all procedures and patient interactions in compliance with medical protocols Provide exceptional patient service by addressing concerns and answering questions regarding the procedure Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless specimen handling and processing Uphold strict adherence to laboratory procedures, techniques, and medical terminology standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of mobile phlebotomy equipment and supplies Experience Candidates should possess the following qualifications: Proven experience in phlebotomy, including blood sampling techniques and specimen collection/processing Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology Prior clinical laboratory experience or hospital experience is highly desirable Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in various settings .
