Job Description Bayou City Luxe is hiring a reliable Mobile Property Porter to assist with day-to-day property operations across multiple locations in the Houston area. This is a light-duty, entry-level role focused on basic tasks and property support. Schedule Part-time: 3–4 days per week 4–6 hours per day Flexible schedule based on workload Responsibilities Change light bulbs, AC filters, and batteries Assist with trash schedules (placing bins out and returning them) Complete laundry runs (pickup/drop-off of linens) Deliver notices to properties and post on doors when needed Take photo proof of delivery and upload documentation Take basic photos/videos of units for listings Pick up and deliver supplies between properties Assist with light moving of small items (appliances, furniture) Perform property checks and report any issues Requirements Reliable personal vehicle (required) Valid driver’s license Comfortable driving between multiple properties daily Able to work independently and follow instructions Must be able to take clear photos, use mobile apps daily, follow digital instructions, and send real-time updates without supervision Comfortable using apps like Google Maps, Drive, and task-based apps Reliable, punctual, and responsive Pay $15 – $17/hour (based on reliability and experience) Approx. 15–25 hours per week Consistent, ongoing part-time work How to Apply Please include Name and phone number Availability Confirmation you have a reliable vehicle Brief work history (if available) What apps you regularly use on your phone (for work or daily tasks) Note We’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and able to work independently while staying in communication throughout the day.
