At Hope and Healing Clinic, we recognize that each journey to recovery is a personal one.Rooted in our commitment to our community, we provide tailored medication-assisted treatment and behavioral health therapy designed to meet our members where they are.Our team stands beside them every step, offering compassionate guidance, unwavering support, and essential resources to help them reclaim their life.Through our comprehensive approach to opioid treatment and access to technology-enabled care, we don't just treat symptoms--we care for the whole person.Our healthcare professionals address not only the underlying causes of substance use but also its impact on every facet of our members' lives.Together, we're building a path to healing, resilience, and lasting recovery.Our commitment to wellbeing extends to our employees.Working at Hope and Healing Clinic offers you the chance to make a real impact while still prioritizing a healthy work-life balance.Hope and Healing Clinic is seeking a Mobile Unit Medical Driver who is eager to support their clinic located in Tumwater, WA.The Mobile Unit Medical Driver will provide driver services to the Clinic to include setup, breakdown, minor maintenance, operational troubleshooting, coordination of maintenance/repair activities and provide support services for the mobile clinic.This role is a community based role, and is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while supporting both security operations and front-line clinic services.The position integrates safety, transportation, mobile unit facility oversight, and member-facing responsibilities to ensure efficient and compliant clinic operations.Responsibilities Safety & Security:Maintain a secure environment to protect patients, staff, visitors, property, and sensitive information.Proactively identify, prevent, and respond to safety risks, suspicious behavior, and emergency situations, including workplace violence and crisis events.Conduct routine patrols, inspections, and surveillance of buildings, grounds, parking lots, and mobile units to ensure compliance with safety and fire regulations.Utilize de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques; respond to incidents with professionalism, compassion, and adherence to policy.Complete timely and accurate incident reports and collaborate with leadership, law enforcement, and first responders as needed.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (HIPAA, DEA, FDA, state/local agencies) and protect patient confidentiality.Transportation & Mobile Unit Operations:Safely operate company vehicles for patient transport and clinic-related activities.Maintain operational readiness, cleanliness, and safety of vehicles and mobile unit(s), including basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination of repairs.Ensure compliance with all vehicle regulations and complete required documentation.Assist with medication delivery routes and transportation logistics when needed.Facility & Environmental Oversight:Maintain clean, organized, and safe environments across clinic spaces, waiting areas, and parking lots.Monitor and restock sanitation stations and promote infection control practices.Support crowd control and ensure adherence to clinic policies, including safety and social distancing guidelines.Member & Front-Line Support:Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors with professionalism and a service-oriented approach.Support front desk operations, including managing phone lines, facilitating member flow, assisting with check-in, verifying insurance, and processing payments.Handle medical records requests and mail distribution in compliance with privacy standards.Provide directions, information, and hands-on assistance to enhance the member experience.Collaboration & Communication:Build strong working relationships with internal teams and external partners through liaison rounding and outreach.Provide security awareness education and support staff in maintaining a safe environment.Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development, including CPR, de-escalation, and safety protocols.May assist in training and mentoring new staff.Operational Excellence:Support department goals by adhering to policies, procedures, and quality standards.Monitor workflows, contribute to process improvements, and ensure efficient daily operations.Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic and mobile unit success.Overall, this role combines security, transportation, facility management, and member services to deliver a safe, compliant, and high-quality patient experience.Position Requirements Education/Experience:1yr or more Opioid Treatment Program or Healthcare experience.Must have a clean
