Modeling & Simulation Engineer

Overview SimVentions is seeking a Modeling & Simulation Engineer to join our team! This individual will work alongside programmatic and technical experts within the program office. This includes a wide-range of M&S assets, including: digital system representations, virtual twins, system level and combat system digital test beds throughout the detect to engage sequence, Systems Engineering (SE) and Test & Evaluation (T&E) tools, target simulations/stimulators, digital and hardware threat representations, atmospheric representations, scene generators, and data visualizations. The successful candidate will provide full-time support to the Program Office on Modeling and Simulation (M&S) activities. Primarily providing technical and programmatic services and must have ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all levels of government and industry, Principal Assistant Program Managers (PAPMs) and Assistant Program Managers (APMs). A hybrid work environment is acceptable; however you must have the ability to work regularly in the vicinity of the Washington Navy Yard and travel up to 5-10% of the time (e.g. to NRL, APL/JHU, NSWC DD). Travel Neglible Clearance An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.
