We are looking for a very specific human, ONE WHO CAN READ AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, one who can show up and perform the work they agreed to do at an impressive level. If you aren't that person, we’d both rather you be at home napping. SCHEDULE 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. No, we can’t change the schedule to fit your preference. It is Monday through Wednesday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. THE FINE PRINT ON HOLIDAYS If a holiday falls on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, we are probably working that day. MLK Day? We’re working. Presidents’ Day? We’re working. Labor Day? You guessed it. If July 4th falls on a Tuesday in 2028, clear your calendar now as we will be working that day. We also work the Sunday before Thanksgiving and Sunday the week prior to Christmas. THE REWARD We are normally closed (With Pay!) the week of Christmas. Also, if you actually show up and work 95% of your shifts the first 14 weeks, you receive a $500 bonus. THE BACKGROUND CHECK You must have a clean slate. No unresolved charges. No misdemeanors, time served or related probation in the last 3 years. No felonies, time served or related probation in the last 10 years. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS You will be on your feet from 7:00am to 3:30pm. You need to be fast and accurate. You need to be able to lift 60 pounds. Most of your time will be spent checking orders (1 to 80 items. You will also be assisting a co-worker to empty carts of cardboard into the dumpster.
