Moneygram Teller

Position: MoneyGram Teller Location: St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands Key Duties & Responsibilities Process MoneyGram transactions (send, receive, bill payments) accurately and efficiently Handle cash transactions, including counting, balancing, and securing funds Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with transaction inquiries Maintain daily transaction logs and ensure proper record-keeping Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report discrepancies Assist with store operations such as basic sales, stocking, and customer support as needed Follow all security procedures and anti-fraud protocols Work Schedule Must be available to work 5 days per week Schedule may include weekends and holidays based on business needs Flexibility to work opening and closing shifts Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience handling cash transactions Must provide former employer references verifying cash handling and customer service experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
