Montessori Assistant Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Assistant Teacher to join our team, supporting daily activities of the children for the day. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and education, with experience in literacy education, behavior management, and working with students of various needs. Candidates will also get career guidance to advance their careers. Timings Available: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm Responsibilities Assist in implementing educational programs and activities Support students in their learning and development Help manage student behavior and create a positive learning environment Collaborate with teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience Contribute to curriculum development and lesson planning Assist in childcare operations and early childhood education activities (Helping with a few diapers, cooking and cleaning) Requirements: Preferred some experience working with children in an educational setting (Some experience as a nanny is also welcome) A high school degree is a MUST Ability to work effectively with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities Previous experience in childcare, special education, or related fields is a plus Montessori training & experience in a Montessori school is an added advantage This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students while gaining valuable experience in the field of education.
