We’re looking for kind, hardworking, efficient people to join our early morning baking team!! This is a fast-paced environment where we value speed, attention to detail, and taking pride in your work. We are looking for someone who can commit long-term, not just seasonally. Shifts: Tuesday-Sunday | 3:30–7:30 AM (occasionally until 8 AM) Typically 2–3 shifts per week, with potential for additional days as needed. Role Details: - Baking all cinnamon rolls for the store/catering (you’ll often work independently or with one other person) -Preference for bulk-baking or kitchen experience, but we’re happy to train the right person -Must enjoy baking and be able to move quickly and efficiently -Occasional local catering drop-offs -Weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) may start around 4–5 AM if needed -Must be able to lift 25+ lbs Shifts sometimes end earlier depending on the baking load, and start times can occasionally be adjusted if you have morning commitments.
