Job Title:Morning Janitorial Technician (Mon/Wed/Fri Shifts) Company:1st Choice All Purpose Facility Services Location:Gainesville, FL Job Type:Part-Time Schedule:Mondays:Morning Shift Wednesdays:Morning Shift Fridays:Morning Shift(Additional hours may be available based on performance and availability) About Us:1st Choice All Purpose Facility Services has been a trusted name in cleaning for over 21 years.We proudly serve commercial buildings, medical offices, gyms, schools, and more across Florida.As a disabled veteran-owned company, we take pride in quality, professionalism, and treating our team like family.Position Overview:We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Morning Janitorial Technicians to join our team for consistent shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.You'll be responsible for keeping our client sites clean, sanitized, and presentable.Responsibilities:General cleaning (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal) Restocking supplies in restrooms and break rooms Sanitizing high-touch areas Reporting maintenance or safety issues Following 1st Choice cleaning checklists and standards Requirements:Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred (but not required) Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow directions Punctual and dependable Why Join 1st Choice?
