Duties Produce and present engaging, accurate weather and occasional news reports across all platforms. Write and deliver weather stories in a clear, conversational, and approachable style, not over-the-top, but full of warmth and authenticity. Ensure all weather and news content meets company standards for journalistic integrity and production quality. Collaborate with producers and the morning team to keep the show fun, informative, and true to its mission: sending people out the door with a smile. Bring energy and creativity to storytelling whether it’s sunshine or snow, you make viewers care about what’s happening outside. Requirements and Skills A degree in meteorology, atmospheric science, or related field. Proven on-air experience delivering weathercasts that connect and engage. Strong communication and storytelling skills — you make the science relatable. A positive, team-first attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced morning environment.
