Job Summary We are seeking energetic and dedicated Morning Shift Cleaners to join our team! This role is ideal for motivated individuals who take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments. Preference will be given to male candidates to support specific operational needs. As a Morning Shift Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring all designated areas are spotless, well-maintained, and meet our high standards of cleanliness. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall safety and appearance of our facilities. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas during morning hours to ensure a pristine environment. Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and polishing to maintain a polished look. Handle janitorial tasks including trash removal, dusting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies. Use custodial equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and effectively to maximize cleaning efficiency. Assist with light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to maintenance teams. Follow established cleaning protocols and health safety standards consistently. Support facilities maintenance by performing industrial cleaning when necessary and ensuring all areas are hazard-free. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a strong understanding of commercial and residential cleaning techniques. Knowledge of floor care procedures including buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing floors. Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals used in facilities maintenance. Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and reliability. Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the shift. Prior porter or facilities maintenance experience is a plus.
