Mortgage Consultant I - Multiple States Licensed

A company is looking for a Mortgage Consultant I (Virtual, US). Key Responsibilities Manage an active pipeline of loan applications to maximize loan closings and maintain margin goals Gather loan application data and build relationships with consumers to assist in loan decisions Partner with consumers, Realtors, and other teams to enhance referral relationships and resolve issues Required Qualifications Specialized mortgage lending courses preferred Two years of mortgage origination or loan operations experience preferred Must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS and meet Federal and State S.A.F.E. requirements Customer service-oriented with exceptional sales skills Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulations preferred
