A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Closer. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review closing documents to ensure timely and accurate loan closings Coordinate with Settlement Agents and verify documentation for compliance and accuracy Maintain accurate records and manage assigned pipeline to meet closing deadlines Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience (required) 1+ years of experience in mortgage loan closing or a related mortgage operations role (preferred) Understanding of the mortgage lifecycle and basic knowledge of various loan programs Familiarity with RESPA, TRID, and other applicable lending regulations Experience with loan origination systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
