Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Loan Officer at Rocket. The primary responsibilities include guiding clients through the mortgage process, assessing eligibility, assisting with mortgage rates, and providing tailored lending solutions. The role requires maintaining strong relationships with clients, collaborating with underwriting teams, and ensuring a seamless and efficient mortgage approval process. Qualifications Proficiency in Loan Officers' responsibilities and experience in the Mortgage Industry Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting practices Exceptional Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently in a remote environment Relevant certifications or licenses in mortgage origination (e.g., NMLS certification) are a plus Previous experience with financial or real estate transactions is beneficial Self-motivation and a strong commitment to client success
