What You'll Be Doing Inspect properties for mosquitoes and pest activity Identify breeding areas and make prevention recommendations Apply treatments safely and responsibly Educate customers on services and best practices Maintain accurate service records Spot and pursue sales opportunities Care for your service vehicle, equipment, and materials Work closely with the office team to keep customers happy Learn, grow, and build your skills every day What We're Looking For 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent Valid NJ driver's license Able to lift 50 lbs Enjoys working outdoors in all seasons Team player with a positive attitude Willing and excited to learn Reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Schedule Monday-Friday Seasonal Saturdays Hours:6:45 AM - 4:00 PM (with some earlier or later days as needed) Pay & Perks $20-$23 per hour Unlimited sales commission Paid training & overtime Medical & dental insurance PTO & paid holidays 401(k) Employee service discounts Professional development assistance Referral program Winter break (like teachers get summer break--we get winter!)
