Ensure tables/stations are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout service. Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Process payments accurately and follow proper cash or card handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas. Follow venue-specific service protocols and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with team members, kitchen staff, and management. Qualifications Job Requirements: Uniform- Black Button-down, Black Dress Pants, Black Shoes, Black Vest Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer-facing hospitality role is preferred. Professional appearance and demeanor. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates as needed.
