We are hiring a Set up and Accessories Technician At Tousley Motorsports, we are true believers in taking life by the handlebars! We are a family owned business that has been selling fun since 1971.We are also an industry leader and the largest retailer of motorsports in the upper Midwest, attracting a clientele that is passionate about our products.Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and skilled Motorsports and Marine Warehouse Set-Up Technician who will support the preparation, setup, and maintenance of motorsports, marine equipment and infrastructure in a warehouse environment.This role is critical in ensuring, parts, tools, and machinery are organized, assembled, and ready for transport or on-site deployment.The ideal candidate has experience with motorsports equipment, warehouse operations, and hands-on mechanical work. Candidate should have the capability to work various hours on occasion but the position is normally 8am to 5pm (with a 1 hours lunch) Monday-Friday Key Responsibilities:Uncrate, set up and organize motorsports/marine-related inventory, including SXS's, ATV's, Dirt Bikes, Motorcycles, Scooters, Snowmobiles, Jet Skis, and ATV/Jet Ski Trailers.Inspect units/packages after unloading them from trucks/trailers etc.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse and shop tools to move and set up heavy items safely.Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and transport trailers.Accurately pull items based on coded warehouse locations.Effectively multi-task with tight deadlines.Use hand and power tools, and potentially operating machinery for assembly.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space according to company and safety standards.Occasional building maintenance.Qualifications:High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training is a plus.Prior experience in warehouse operations or motorsports/mechanical environments preferred.Familiarity with motorsports equipment, parts, and tools.Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools safely.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Requirements:Able to lift up to 50 lbs.Work on your feet for extended periods.Able to bend, squat, climb, and carry.Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.Forklift certification (or ability to obtain certification) Loading and unloading trucks/trailers mainly with forklift, or occasional drive-offs where no forklift is needed.Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement.Basic math skills.Computer Proficiency.Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, dust and noise.Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.Must have a passion for Motorsports!
