Summary 'We are seeking a skilled Mounter / Laminator for Large Format Printing to join our dynamic team in the United States.This role is vital in ensuring high-quality visual displays and printed materials that meet our clients' expectations and support our company's reputation for excellence.The Mounter/Laminator is responsible for mounting, laminating, trimming, and finishing large format printed graphics.This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under deadlines, and experience handling a variety of substrates and laminates.'Responsibilities Mount printed graphics to substrates such as foam board, PVC, ACM, gatorboard, Sintra, and other rigid materials Laminate prints using roll and/or flatbed laminators Trim and finish graphics accurately using cutting tools (utility knives, rulers, panel saws, etc.) Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, and defects Maintain a clean and organized production area Follow job tickets, production schedules, and quality standards Safely operate mounting, laminating, and cutting equipment Assist with packing and preparing jobs for delivery or installation as needed Communicate issues or concerns with supervisors and team members Qualifications Previous experience in large format printing, mounting, or laminating preferred Familiarity with roll laminators, flatbed laminators, and mounting tables Ability to handle large prints and materials safely Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a deadline-driven environment Team player with a positive attitude Nice to Have Experience with CNC routing, cutting tables, or finishing equipment Knowledge of print substrates and adhesives Experience in sign shops, print shops, or display graphics production Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Health benefits / PTO / Paid holidays (if applicable) Growth opportunities within a growing company Pay:$23.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
