Role Description Wanderful Abroad is seeking a Move Abroad Identity Coach for a part-time remote position. The coach will work closely with individuals making the transition to a life abroad, providing coaching on emotional adaptation, cultural integration, language learning, and overcoming challenges like culture shock. Responsibilities include hosting virtual one-on-one coaching sessions, creating customized action plans for clients, offering guidance on identity shifts and belonging, and providing resources and support tailored to a client's specific move and goals. Qualifications Coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal communication skills Experience with cultural adaptation, language learning, and navigating international living or relocation Strong organizational skills and the ability to create personalized action plans Empathy, active listening, and the ability to provide non-judgmental emotional support Knowledge of visas, housing, and logistics for relocating internationally is a plus Bachelor's degree in a related field such as counseling, intercultural studies, or social sciences is preferred Experience in online coaching or remote support is advantageous
