Mover/Driver

Movers Wanted Job type:Full-time, Part-time, temporary(Anyone looking to become a firefighter: Scholarship opportunities available) Pay: $19-24/hr Time: Dependent on the customer needs. Moves are between 2-4 hours. Movers must be available from 8 AM to 8 PM. Move times usually start at 9 AM or 1 PM. Requirements: Some customer service training/background Good communication skills Proper use of tools of the trade Have some experience moving large items Have experience in packing Duties of a mover: Movers are the ones who load and unload furniture/boxes from current location to its new destination Proper lifting technique to prevent injury and to make sure item is moved correctly Assisting the client in arranging the furniture in the proper places Breakdown and put together furniture Arrange items properly in the trailer/truck or storage unit Make sure the inventory is complete Make sure there is no scratching or defects while moving furniture Properly securing and covering up furniture to move Cleaning up the areas and leaving locations in good order Call 512-838-4245 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Shift Day shift Morning shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
