Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Mover/Helper At Montgomery Moving & Junk Solutions LLC based in Dallas, Texas. Become a vital part of delivering exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for safely packing, loading, and unloading items, ensuring each move is smooth and efficient.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in moving, heavy lifting, and route driving within a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is $17-$20 an hr depending on experience. Responsibilities Safely load and unload household or commercial items using proper lifting techniques and equipment such hand truck , Furniture dollys ,shrink wrap, tape etc. Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, utilizing appropriate packing materials and methods Assist with the organization and staging of items in the the back of box truck for efficient loading Load and unload trucks accurately, verifying inventory against delivery or pickup lists Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, answering questions, and ensuring their satisfaction during the move Maintain safety standards by adhering to proper lifting procedures, vehicle operation protocols, and warehouse safety guidelines Requirements Prior experience in warehouse work, moving, or delivery driving is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Valid driver’s license with experience with Loading and unloading trucks Experience with route driving, load & unload procedures, and delivery driver responsibilities is advantageous Familiarity with equipment such as , shrink wrap, tape being able to operate a dolly ratchet strap experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and move items for extended periods in various environments Join the team at Montgomery Moving and Junk Solutions and become part of a company that values hard work, reliability, and teamwork.
