Mowing Crew Member

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in helping our mowing teams maintain our clients lawn mowing needs. Knowledge and experience in commercial mowing/string trimming preferred, but not required. Willing to train someone with punctuality, attitude and work ethic. Drivers license also preferred. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, and edging lawns Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently Requirements: Previous experience with power tools and equipment Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail in groundskeeping tasks Physical stamina to lift and carry heavy objects as required Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks related to outdoor maintenance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits Opportunities for advancement People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience Landscape maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: Westfield, MA (Required) Work Location: In person
