MRI Technologist (2:30-11:00 pm)

NEW MRI Technologist Opportunity Evening Shift Northern Vermont A healthcare facility in northern Vermont is seeking a full-time MRI Technologist to join its Diagnostic Imaging team. This position is evenings, Monday Friday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM , with occasional on-call coverage. Responsibilities: Perform MRI examinations following ACR guidelines and facility protocols Adapt procedures to meet patient needs and ensure safety Screen patients, alleviate anxieties, and provide age-specific care Complete timely clinical documentation and maintain patient confidentiality Participate in quality control, workflow optimization, and performance improvement initiatives Support student rotations, preceptorships, and team education Apply MRI safety standards, including cryogen, gradient, and RF field safety Qualifications: Registered MRI Technologist (ARRT, ARMRIT, or CAMRT) BLS and IV Certification required Preferred 1 2 years MRI experience Strong technical, critical thinking, and communication skills Work Environment: Physical demands include lifting, standing, walking, bending, and occasional pushing/pulling Exposure to electrical, mechanical, and magnetic hazards, and bloodborne pathogens Adherence to PPE and safety protocols Interested!?
