Job Description The MRI Technologist reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization's Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards. Responsibilities: Maintains accountability for patient safety throughout the imaging process, including screening, preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care. Produces diagnostic-quality images using approved protocols and professional standards. Apply professional judgment within approved protocols to optimize image quality and address imaging challenges. Reviews images prior to exam completion and initiates corrective action when diagnostic adequacy is not met. Administers contrast in accordance with policy, including screening for contraindications and patient monitoring (as applicable). Operates imaging equipment and maintains imaging room readiness. Identifies equipment performance issues and initiates follow-up through established service processes. Coordinates exam flow and prioritizes time-sensitive studies. Maintains accurate and timely documentation in medical record and image arc
