MRI Technologist - Neptune, NJ (#3395) Location:Neptune, NJEmployment Type: Full-timeHourly Rate: $40 per hour Position Overview Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is looking for a full-time MRI Technologist to join an Imaging Office at a Radiology Group located in Neptune, NJ. This role requires an experienced professional with significant MR work experience, particularly with high-field magnets. The position offers an afternoon/evening schedule and the opportunity to train in and perform remote MRI scanning. CT experience is a plus. Why Join Us? Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program Licensure: ARRT(MR) certification required Experience: 3 to 5 years of MR work experience required; high-field magnet experience is a must; GE high-field magnet experience preferred; CT experience is a plus Technical requirements: May be required to train in and perform remote MRI scanning. Will be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment and must be able to adhere to all department and facility safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Perform MRI exams with accuracy and care using high-field magnets Operate and maintain MRI imaging equipment according to established protocols Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all procedures, including screening for MRI safety contraindications Train in and perform remote MRI scanning as required Cover other shifts as needed in addition to the standard schedule Adhere to all department and facility safety protocols, especially when working in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment Maintain required certifications and stay current with industry standards Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members as needed Utilize CT skills as a plus when applicable May be required to perform duties in or near areas containing specialized imaging equipment
