Job Description Job Information MS Dynamics 365 AI Developer Location: Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL (Remote options available) Job Type: Contract Pay Range: $60/HR - $65/HR Job Overview Design, develop, and maintain custom components for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions. Build and maintain Power Apps, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Portals. Develop and deploy intelligent chatbot and virtual assistant solutions using Copilot Studio with natural language capabilities. Leverage AI Builder for predictive models, automation, and document processing use cases. Manage CI/CD pipelines and support application lifecycle management processes using Azure DevOps. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Dynamics 365 CE customizations and enhancements (plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, JavaScript customizations). Develop conversational AI solutions using Copilot Studio. Integrate enterprise systems and external applications using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps. Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support activities. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards across environments. Required Experience 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development. Experience with conversational AI design and AI Builder solutions. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management practices. Technical Skills Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK. Experience with Copilot Studio, conversational AI, and AI Builder. Knowledge of REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Dataverse integrations. Familiarity with solution packaging, deployment, and version control processes. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PCF controls, Power Pages, and advanced AI integrations. Knowledge of Azure AI Services and modern data integration frameworks. Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile methodologies. Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365 development and architecture.
