Description - Your Contributions Conduct both routine and complex clinical laboratory analyses across various disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology while adhering to established protocols. Evaluate test outcomes for reliability, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform necessary preventive maintenance and calibrations on laboratory instruments. Participate in specimen collection and assist with sample preparations as required. Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, assist in training new staff members or students, and support lab standards of quality. Uphold a clean, safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation requirements. Education Bachelor's Degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification. Certifications ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification must be attained within the first year of employment. Maintain ongoing certification throughout your tenure with us.
