Lead ClassA multifamily projects across NC & SC Key role within a growing Carolinas division with 4+ starts per year About Our Client A reputable multifamily developer/contractor expanding rapidly across the Carolinas. Known for developing ClassA, gardenstyle communities with highend amenities, the company has a strong culture of operational excellence and steady project flow. The Charlotte office is a strategic hub expected to support 4+ new starts per year. Job Description Manage 200-350 unit ClassA, gardenstyle multifamily projects with amenities and clubhouses Oversee construction phases from preconstruction through closeout across NC and SC Lead project planning, schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor management Work directly with Superintendents and Assistants, managing 2-3 projects concurrently Ensure highquality work, safety compliance, and alignment with project timelines Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager and Director of Construction MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
