An OTG Manager powers day-to-day operations and drives operational excellence with every shift! They lead our amazing crew, ensuring service is sharp, high-energy, and exceptional. They keep guests happy, budgets tight, and safety and quality standards sky-high. In This Role, You Will: Lead daily operations across OTG's diverse concepts-from retail to QSR to full-service-keeping every location running smoothly and efficiently. Elevate every bite and sip by ensuring all food & beverage products meet OTG's quality and presentation standards. Own scheduling and staffing, making sure every shift is fully supported and service stays top-tier. Drive an amazing on-boarding experience, delivering strong training plans that set new Crewmembers up for success.
