Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Operations Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations and support service standards across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone flexible, operationally driven, and passionate about hospitality, people development, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling between locations, supporting teams operationally when needed, and helping maintain consistency in service, cleanliness, and company culture. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support front-of-house operations across multiple locations. Coach, train, and develop customer service and sales teams. Ensure company service standards and guest experience expectations are consistently executed. Conduct regular operational visits and performance evaluations. Implement and monitor service quality systems and operational checklists. Support employee engagement initiatives and team motivation programs. Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout all guest-facing areas. Assist with new store openings, operational transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Step into operational roles when necessary to support business needs. Provide leadership through example with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant supervision, or multi-unit operations preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Excellent customer service and team development abilities. Flexible availability and willingness to travel between locations. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Hands-on and proactive attitude.
