Sales Representative - Multifamily Vendor Opportunity Looking for Jacksonville, FL; Nashville, TN; Birmingham, AL; New Orleans, LA; Fort Worth, TX Remote, field-based Overview We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative to support continued growth across multiple markets. This role is ideal for a self-starter with multifamily experience who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous sales environment. You will be responsible for managing your territory, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. Compensation Base Salary: $85,000 – $92,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000 – $160,000 Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with up to 6% employer match Car and phone allowance (up to $500/month; lower if a company phone is provided) Corporate card Signing bonus (if applicable) 3 month Commission guarantee during ramp-up Responsibilities Develop and manage a strong pipeline within the assigned territory Build and maintain long-term relationships with multifamily clients Identify new business opportunities and close sales effectively Represent the organization professionally in the field and at client meetings Manage sales activities autonomously while collaborating with internal stakeholders Deliver sales presentations as part of the interview and ongoing sales process Required Qualifications Multifamily industry experience (ideally on the supplier vendor side) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently High energy, positive attitude, and results-driven mindset BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
