Museum Sales Clerk

Position Summary The incumbent in this position is responsible for operating the cash register and receiving and disbursing money at the Seminole Tribe of Florida Ah-Tah-Thi-Ki Museum.The incumbent assists and collects payments from museum's visitors, provides change, and receipts for payments received at both the Admissions Desk and in the Museum Store. Qualifications/Requirements High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.Minimum of one (1) year of experience working as a working in a retail store, selling services, products or materials of a similarly related industry is required.Any equivalent combination of relevant training and experience will be considered.Demonstrate excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Fuel stipend offered in addition to base pay if commuting 40 miles or more!!
