Music Teacher – Tamim Academy of Boca Raton

Tamim Academy of Boca Raton is seeking an experienced, energetic, and compassionate Part-Time Music Teacher to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. This role will engage elementary and middle school students in a love of music through singing, movement, rhythm, and creative expression. Teaching an instrument to students is a plus. Tamim Academy is part of the national Tamim Academies network, dedicated to transforming Jewish elementary education in North America. Qualifications Experience teaching music to elementary or middle school students Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field preferred Knowledge of general music, vocal instruction, rhythm, and movement Experience teaching an instrument is a plus Strong classroom management and communication skills Positive, energetic, and engaging demeanor Commitment to collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate music lessons Foster students’ musical skills, creativity, and confidence through group and individual instruction Incorporate singing, rhythm, movement, and hands-on activities Support school assemblies, performances, and special events Build strong, positive relationships with students and staff Participate in professional development and collaborative planning
