Music Venue Barback / Site Ops

Job Summary DLS Events at The Amp Ballantyne is seeking a highly motivated and experienced barback to join our team. This role involves setting up our bars for use during our concerts, ensuring all products remain stocked during service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth venue operations during events. The ideal candidate will have experience in food and beverage and interest in the music and entertainment industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a vibrant music venue. Barbacks are a crucial part of the team that make concerts happen. Responsibilities Work in an outdoor labor intensive setting with high consumer volume. Assist in distributing product to the various bars through out the venue. Organizing storage areas, pelleting product and taking inventory. Prioritize restocking bar through out service with product, ice and any other necessary items. Effectively communicating with bartenders to meet their needs and ensure a successful event. Support venue operations by assisting with setup and breakdown of event spaces and ensuring all spaces remain clean. Help maintain a safe environment by adhering to safety protocols and communicating effectively with team members. Requirements 21 years of age or older Qualifications Experience in high volume bars, logistics, operation, and or construction preferred but not required. Lots of room for upward growth! Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks and comfortably lift 30 lbs A friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills to enhance guest experiences.
